Hey there! I’m Amberlin, a West Virginia native who has always had a passion for helping little learners thrive! Growing up, I saw firsthand the gaps in early childhood education, and it sparked something in me—I knew I wanted to be part of the solution. That’s what led me to Minnesota, where I pursued my education and got my start as an early childhood aide. And let me tell you—I was HOOKED!

From the very first classroom I stepped into, I was completely fascinated by the world of early learning—the way children’s minds absorb new ideas, their endless curiosity, and how the right teachers and environment can truly shape their futures. That passion drove me to earn my Master’s in Early Childhood Education Studies, and from there, I knew my mission:

To help educators and childcare programs create magical, high-quality learning experiences that set kids up for success!

That’s why I founded Sunshine Consultants—to support, inspire, and empower educators, administrators, and childcare leaders to be the absolute best for our next generation. I’ve seen too many amazing educators burn out because they don’t have the right tools or support. I’ve also seen programs struggle because they lack quality training and guidance.

That’s where I come in! I’m here to make sure every educator feels confident, excited, and well-equipped to create nurturing, enriching, and engaging classrooms. Because when teachers thrive, children flourish!
